Therapy is a place to be heard, understood and cared for, as well as validated and empowered. It is a collaboration in a safe, non-judgmental space to allow you to be the expert of your life. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have worked in providing outpatient services to individuals from varied backgrounds and life experiences. My training in working with various age groups ranging from 12 years to 90 years young has taught me that it is never too late to seek help. The common theme that I have witnessed from my clients is that they want to experience joy, acceptance, and tranquility.
