In an ideal world mental health would be as destigmatized as physical health. We all, from time to time struggle with bouts of depression or something more serious leading us to ask for help. The asking can be a struggle and make a difference between feeling better and continuing to struggle. I would like to make your journey back to wellness less stressful, more insightful and perhaps even enjoyable at times.
I find I am most helpful with those who are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, or an over all feeling of being stuck. If you find that you cannot get yourself out of your rut, I feel that I would be able to help you with the tools I have gathered along my journey. My most popular individual session surrounds "How to Organize Your Life."
I encourage you to reach out if you are looking for someone empathic yet strong.
