My Approach to Helping

You've been through a lot and are in a season of change. You want to understand what's going on - My role is to help you compassionately understand how your experiences have shaped you into who you are today while also finding ways to navigate current (and long-standing) obstacles. I believe that people are inherently good and capable of deep meaningful love and purpose. I also believe your pain is real and help you make sense of these confusing and painful experiences with compassion and patience.

I focus on trust and deep understanding in the therapeutic relationship. I believe that my relationship with you is the foundation for safe, meaningful, and authentic change in therapy. I’ll approach getting to know you with humble curiosity, ever grounded in my belief that you are the expert of your life and I can be your guide.

More Info About My Practice

At Relational Psych, I work extensively with those going through life transitions and experiencing anxiety, depression, relational disruptions, or self-doubt. I specialize in ADHD, OCD, and panic and will support you by helping you cope so that you can address the root of the distress. I am also well-versed in helping you explore the political climate, racial identity, white privilege, and toxic masculinity.

I also partner with psychologists at Relational Psych who specialize in ADHD testing and psychological assessment. If you do a psychological evaluation through the practice, I can follow up as your therapist to help you integrate treatment recommendations and help you make sense of things.

My Role as a Therapist

I will be your guide, helping you gain insight, heal, and grow.
