My Approach to Helping
If you are reading this there's a good chance that you or someone you know is struggling. You may have struggled for a long time. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. Some of the methods I use include insight-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based therapy, and internal family systems.
I previously worked for Kaiser Permanente, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as a therapist. What makes me different as a therapist is that I use a combination approach to therapy.
