My Approach to Helping
Hello and welcome! Congratulations on taking your first step towards wellness and recovery! It is a firm value of mine that while at times challenging, seeking help is a sign of personal growth and strength and a commitment to one’s own wellness and survival. As the saying goes: You only get one body and one mind. You must take care of them both.
I use a variety of techniques including CBT, Solution Focused, Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, and Family Systems. I look forward to taking you on a cognitive journey where we will explore new perspectives on life, needs, and overall wellness and recovery.
