Life has it’s challenges. It can sometimes be frustrating, confusing, or disappointing. Whether you are going though a difficult time or transition, I am here to help you. I have extensive experience in helping individuals overcome depression and anxiety and increase their self-confidence so that they feel more positive about their life and what they have to offer to the world. I can help you improve your communication and connection in relationships, feel empowered and fulfilled in your work life, and set healthy boundaries to limit the impact of the negativity in your life. I believe everyone is worthy of a fulfilling life.

I am trained in various techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral, Adlerian, Existential, and Trauma Informed Approaches. Most importantly, I will work collaboratively with you, as I believe self-empowerment is an important tool to feeling confident and capable in life. I offer every new client a free 20 minute telephone consultation to explore your goals and needs and also give you an opportunity to interview me and ask any questions.
I also offer support groups for men's issues. This support group is a place for men to gather and speak openly and honestly about relationships, self-esteem, and goals for being a better man, all in a judgment free zone. The group focuses on accountability, seeking more effective relationships, and reconnecting with joy in life. Call for more details.
