Convenient online scheduling available via my website. I'm fairly interactive as far as therapists go and strive for transparency in my thoughts and process. I provide general psychotherapy and consultations with specializations in treating PTSD, ADHD and anxiety based issues. My practice is based on a belief that humans have an innate drive towards wellness an unconscious, internal senes of how to bring this to fruition. Sometimes this inner wisdom gets stifled and suppressed by various aspects of ones experience, upbringing and psycho-neurological makeup. My role is to help clear out the noise and reframe maladaptive narratives to help bring this internal guide forward.
