My Approach to Helping
I am a psychologist who offers a straight-forward, no-nonsense, supportive approach. I offer an individually-tailored approach that draws on multiple therapy models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT). I will help you identify specific goals and develop mastery of real-life coping skills. I have over 2 decades of experience facilitating and supporting those going through difficult transitions and those who wish to create a more positive reality.
