My Approach to Helping

I am a psychologist who offers a straight-forward, no-nonsense, supportive approach. I offer an individually-tailored approach that draws on multiple therapy models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT). I will help you identify specific goals and develop mastery of real-life coping skills. I have over 2 decades of experience facilitating and supporting those going through difficult transitions and those who wish to create a more positive reality. I offer both individual and group therapy. In addition to in-person therapy, I offer HIPPA-compliant (federal confidentiality law) onlinevideo therapy. You can start this life-changing process with a free telephone consultation.

More Info About My Practice

I accept Medicare, Tricare, insurance with out-of-network benefits, and cash pay ($200 - $270session). Reduced fee schedule based on availability (please inquire). I will work expediently to determine your exact in-network and out-of-network benefits before beginning the therapy process, to make sure you are comfortable with the cost of therapy.
