My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling distant from the people you love? Are you dreading going to work each day? Are spending your free time engaged in unhealthy habits? When there is tension between your and the people in your life it makes life problematic. Difficulty interacting with people in your life can cause anxiety, depression and isolation. In therapy, you can improve your relationships with the people in your life but most importantly improve the relationship with yourself.
I am skilled in understanding others points of view quickly. This allows me to help my clients understand themselves and how to improve their interactions with the people in their lives. I do both individual counseling and couples/family counseling to help achieve your goal of a happier life.
We are social beings and when our interactions become stressful it can affect our whole being. Therapy can get us back on the right track.
