A licensed professional counselor, I bring more than 13 years of experience to my work. I have supervisory and counseling experience, and enjoy working with teens, adults, families, and couples. I offer family, individual, and couples sessions. My clients work to address the behaviors and thoughts that hold them back, understanding the experiences that caused those challenges, and the ways they can improve their relationships and lives.

I work with my clients as a team, using person-centered, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies to help them achieve their goals. I use Gottman counseling in my work with couples. I urge clients to work outside of sessions, and routinely assign homework.

I am an approved clinical supervisor and nationally certified counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I am a certified traumatologist with the Green Cross, and Level I certified in Gottman counseling.
