My Approach to Helping
It is time to turn your attention from the externals of life and focus inward. I offer guided imagery, structured meditation instruction, and a focus on present moment experience. I have a mindfulness-based practice. I have experience with many types of Crisis Counseling: Existential Crisis (the questioning of life’s meaning or value), Eco Crisis (distress caused by the degradation of the environment), and Identity Crisis (Who am I really?). My honor is to accompany those ready to brave their internal landscapes and begin fostering greater harmony and energy.
