My Approach to Helping
Finding help can be a powerful first step that allows you to find ways to cope and find personal growth. I strive to meet individuals where they are and help make sense of anxiety, depression, stresses, and messes of life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults on a range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, stress, childhood issues, sexual identity, trauma and more.
I utilize an integrated approach to counseling and often use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, play-therapy, solution focused, family systems, and other useful modalities. I find that no one approach matches all needs so it's important for us to explore what methods are most helpful for you.
