I work with individuals, couples, children, and families. I help individuals find their own meaning and purpose through an integrated and holistic approach that encapsulates the mind, the body, and the soul. Through a collaborative experience, I bring openness, awareness, and curiosity to help people find their strength and courage to move through life in meaningful way.
I work with you to help address your specific symptoms or conflicts you may be experiencing such as loneliness, anxiety, helplessness, and loss of joy.
