I provide compassionate, skilled psychotherapy in a safe, supportive environment in my private office, online or by phone. I will help you effectively reduce stress, discover the difference between "conscious self-care" and "extreme fear-based care," help empower you to feel more positive and find your innate strength. This is a time of extreme stress but chaos always releases energy for change. This can be a time to learn important things about yourself as well as interests that have not gotten the attention you could give it now: this time can be transformative. I offer support, clarity, honesty, deep attentive listening, insightful interpretation and understanding without judgement. You will gain a profound, compassionate understanding of yourself, learn to handle disappointments and fear as you also discover your true sense of self. My expertise is helping clients with anxiety, depression as well as issues with emptiness, relationships, work and creativity.
I use a depth-oriented, supportive approach blending Psychoanalysis, Gestalt. Self-Psychology and MindBodySpirit Integration. This synthesis helps me to reach certain unique aspects in each client while giving them more ways to understand and express themselves. Emotions can feel uncomfortable, I offer the space for your self-expression to be transformative.
