My Approach to Helping
With authenticity, acceptance, humor, intention, and skill, I help people repair the breaks that occur along their journeys, reconnect with lost parts of themselves and their relationships, and renew their lives.
I love helping couples find new and effective ways of communication that foster understanding, acceptance, support, and re-connection.
I also love helping people move pass barriers that keep them stuck, and to rediscover the inner wisdom and strength that leads to risk taking and desired life changes.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
My life was transformed by a therapist whose support, love, and acceptance were deeply healing. I know what it's like to sit on the client chair, therefore I engage in this work with honor, integrity and humility. I learn from and I'm moved by my clients as much as they are by me; this human exchange is my favorite part of being a therapist.
