My Approach to Helping
I have been working as a therapist for the past 16 years specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I use a supportive, person centered, nonjudgmental approach with warmth and humor. Time to lose that shame, become empowered and leave the trauma behind. I teach easy coping skills that can be used anywhere to calm the body and mind. Time to set your goal of living a calmer life.
