My Role as a Therapist
I believe effective therapy begins with meeting each new client where he or she is and taking the time to truly understand their struggles, hopes, and goals. I practice therapy from a place of compassion and empathy with the idea that we are all individuals who thrive when we are heard and our stories are respected. Each individual's circumstances and experiences are unique to who they are and I customize my approach to helping each person accordingly.
