My Approach to Helping
Rather than focus on problems, I point people in the direction of discovering and using their strengths to build the more satisfying life that they want.
Perhaps you’re feeling stuck. You may be anxious about leaving a steady job to explore a creative passion, or whether to stay in a relationship. You might feel so depressed that you can’t motivate to do almost anything. I can help you develop the skills you need to make those difficult decisions, to deal with those stumbling blocks, and to move towards growth.
One thing that I’ve learned from my years of practice is that many of us live in the space of “should” – should be this, should do that. This is almost always the opposite of helpful. With me, you can learn how to stop beating yourself up and start prioritizing self-care.
Reach out and we can start talking and see if there is a good connection between us. If so, I would consider it a privilege to do this important work with you.
