My style is warm with an individualized approach that includes strength based, narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Together we will be able to identify patterns in behaviors, negative thoughts, and barriers that are keeping you from living the life you want to live. Through teletherapy phone and video sessions from your own safe space, I am committed to helping you find your inner strength and clarity to move forward with confidence.
