I believe people are the experts on themselves. To that end, I have combined my trainings and interests in medicine, psychosynthesis, psychology, expressive art therapies and gynecology to create a practice focused on empowerment, holistic counseling, and expressive arts. I am passionate about the use of positive psychology and collaborating with people to help them fulfill their dreams and to be the best they can be.

More Info About My Practice

The word doctor originally meant teacher. In our society it means healer. Therapy, I believe, is a collaborative effort of human interaction through which much healing can occur.

As for me, I have an eclectic set of interests (I'm a lousy cook!) and I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I am always open to learning positive practices and techniques.
