My Approach to Helping

Can't say no, can't find motivation, can't sit through another meeting, can't stop worrying, can't wear the mask and pretend to be okay, and/or can't get out of bed. The list goes on, because at some point or another, we all feel like our struggle is too much to handle. But trouble doesn't always last, and you don't have to face your battles alone. Through a solutions-focused and person-centered approach, my goal is to help you nurture yourself. I help clients find solutions to issues involving boundaries, self-care, time management, trauma, and stress. Together we can visualize, explore, and define who you are and what you want out of life.
