Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am an eating disorder and body image specialist. However, I also have an expertise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, low self-esteem, personal and professional goal attainment, past sexual abuse, non-physical anger management, struggles related to minority status, and stress management.
I am able to get very good results with the areas above because I limit our focus to these specific areas of expertise.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
I meet with clients on a weekly basis, since this is typically the most clinically appropriate and helps to ensure that you can make progress on your treatment goals. The overall length of treatment varies depending on individual circumstances.
