I am independently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.

I am an approved Clinical Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

I am rostered nationally as a Child-Parent Psychotherapy clinician, providing therapy to young children and their caregivers who have experienced trauma.

I specialize in working with Individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety and relationship issues.

I also have a long history of working with Couples and Families who are going through significant life transitions and adjustments, such as communication problems, premarital preparation, separation/divorce, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, coparenting, and grief and loss issues.

I have over 11 years of experience working with young children (birth to 8 years) with emotional, behavioral, developmental or attachment related concerns.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

The length of therapy depends on your unique needs and goals. As a therapist, I am well versed in short-term, brief solution-focused therapy for smaller problems as well as longer-term Psychotherapy for more in-depth issues. We will communicate regularly throughout therapy regarding what you need from our work together and the frequency of sessions to help you get there.
