My Approach to Helping
I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, creative arts therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to help individuals get to a place of healthier, more balanced living.

As an NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have dedicated my life to helping individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and substance abuse identify meaningful goals and work towards creating a more fulfilling and empowered life.
