My Approach to Helping

Life can present us with difficult problems. Sometimes these problems can seem unbearable, and we are at a loss to find the solutions. We can get discouraged, or find we lack the motivation we need to put the action required into the changes we need to make. As a therapist, I can offer guidance, support and encouragement during these times. Through my training and experience in clinical psychology, I am equipped to offer solutions that may not have been readily apparent to you. In this way, I can help you on your journey to achieve your goals and lead a more stable, healthy, and fulfilling life.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation wherein we can discuss your current concerns, explore potential treatment options, and establish goals for therapy. I specialize in working with children, young adults and individuals. I have special training in play therapy for working with young children.

I can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement for any out of network insurance benefits coverage.
