In our sessions, I'll meet you where you are with compassion and evidence-based practices, so we can identify what's not working and find a way to help you meet your goals for a healthier, happier life.
I offer telehealth counseling services for individual adults of all ages, and all walks of life, who reside in the state of Kentucky. My therapeutic approach is primarily strengths-based, applied within evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness therapies. My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings. Let's work together!
