My Approach to Helping
I identify as practicing holistic psychotherapy which I define as client centered and a bit "outside of the box." I am drawn to creative therapeutic modalities including expressive arts (utilizing creativity for emotional release and self growth), personal rituals, and meditation and mindfulness.
I find that these are skills that truly produce results and add depth to our inner and outer lives. I offer all of my clients a dignified and non-judgmental safe space where together we can explore your strengths and what is and is not working in your life and we can deepen your life by finding tools and skills that meet your needs for creating happiness, peace, and healthy connections.
