My Approach to Helping
Life can be both wonderful and incredibly stressful; often times we may feel as if we have no control in life. Therapy is a great way to gain back a sense of control and feel empowered to handle life’s ups and downs. My goal as a therapist is to support clients in reaching their goals.
I have 8 years experience working with adolescent and adult clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the stress of daily life. I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients feel empowered in their lives.
