My Approach to Helping
As an integrative therapist, I use the approaches that most resonate with you to help you understand the causes of your distress, as well as identify ways to help you cope in a personalized manner and attain your goals. With validation, compassion, an open mindset, and flexibility to healing, I can help you be, do, and feel better to live a happier life. I've worked with individuals who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence, complex trauma, physical illness, child abuse and neglect, autistic people, anxiety, grief, depression, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), homelessness, people who are at risk, terminal illness, and gender distress.
