More Info About My Practice

I have had success working with both adults and children with a wide range of ages and issues ranging from anxiety and adhd to depression and trauma among others. I tend to not focus so much on the diagnosis but treat the person holistically.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I don't believe the purpose of therapy is to "tell" people what to do. Instead I believe it should be collaborative approach to support people with finding the strategies that can best help with with whatever issues they may be coming in to address.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am passionate about supporting people and helping them find their inner strength in order to thrive more fully. I find my self constantly inspired by the strength and encourage of the people who come in to therapy which motivates me to provide the best service I possibly can.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance
