My Approach to Helping

Far too often people struggle and suffer for too long, with negative emotions, relationship troubles, and unhealthy habits. It is my firm belief and experience that change for the better is possible.
I offer cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), an evidence based and well researched treatment method and Solution focused Therapy(SFT) a empowering method that helps clients access inner strengths and abilities. CBT primarily focuses on the impact our thinking and behaving have on our emotional wellbeing and relationships, while SFT focuses on tapping inner strengths, resources and building on problem free moments to overcome issues. I am currently training in a new high powered CBT approach called TEAM CBT, which was developed by David Burns and the Feeling Good Institute. Finally, I also offer neurofeedback and other forms of biofeedback when appropriate.
Coming to see a professional for help can be intimidating and stressful. Together we can work towards a more positive and enjoyable future. Things can get better.
