My Approach to Helping
I earned my graduate degree from Amberton University with a major in Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Science of Business and Human Development. I attended the Institute of Chemical Dependency school and completed over 4000 hours of chemical dependency counseling in residential and outpatient treatment facilities in efforts to become a fully licensed LCDC. I have over 10 years of experience working with families, individuals, adults, and children.
I believe my main attribute is being present in the session while attentively listening in an effort to discover a client's fears, goals, and ambitions! My experience provides me the ability to provide an eclectic approach to meet the individual or couple's needs.
I strongly believe my life experiences and educational background allow me to be well-equipped and empathetic towards the potential trauma endured by the individual and family. Let me help you get your life back on track!
