My Approach to Helping
You are likely angry, numb, depressed, afraid, or simply not sure what is going on with you. I am open, sensitive, and calming while I work to meet you where you are. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to be yourself and to explore more of who you are. I am eclectic in my approach. My go-to model is one that teaches you how to provide healing to yourself through its meditative qualities. This therapy model is called IFS (Internal Family Systems).
I enjoy working with trauma, relationship issues, addictions, anxietypanic, depressiongrief and codependency. I work with adults, couples, children, and therapists.
