My Approach to Helping
Sometimes, life doesn't work out the way we had envisioned. Our marriage isn't quite what we had hoped it would be, our children don't behave the way we would like, or maybe you haven't met the career goals you have set. Frequently, this can leave us feeling down or worried or frustrated. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life, please know that you aren't alone and that you don't have to continue feeling this way.
It can be intimidating to take that first step, but I am here to help. I offer a caring, judgment-free environment and work collaboratively with my clients to set and achieve their goals.

Additionally, I enjoy working with women who are facing depression and anxiety, phase of life adjustments, and other issues.
