My Approach to Helping

When you enter counseling you will be welcomed into a non-judgmental space which will allow you to explore the possible source of your presenting issue and ways you can enhance your well-being. My goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to help you cope with life's issues. I feel very confident working with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, challenges with self-esteem, personality disorders, relationship issues, loss, trauma, perinatal & postpartum mothers & fathers.
I use an integrative approach to help maximize the benefits of therapy. This includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, EMDR or DBT.
