My Approach to Helping

I approach my clients with warmth, authenticity, and understanding in a safe non-judgmental environment. I use evidence-based treatments to achieve immediate results and long-term recovery.
I utilize a psychodynamic approach to assisting clients in reaching their goals by gaining insight into past experiences that continue to affect today. I work with individuals to build healthy coping skills and to achieve freedom from these experiences.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, trauma, crisis, personality disorders, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, intellectual disabilities, life-skills, chronic pain, LBTQIA+, and self-esteem.
