My Approach to Helping
It is important to me that each person who walks through my door feels safe, comfortable, and accepted. I consider it an honor to hear your story and empower you during difficult times. My style of working with individuals is holistic in nature, understanding that there can be many causes contributing to a presenting problem or issue. I create beautiful, nurturing, healing space for our work together. I tailor my approach to meet each individual's unique needs. Together, we will create an effective plan that facilitates self-awareness, growth, empowerment, and a healthy change you so desire.
