My Approach to Helping
I specialize in helping individuals and couples develop healthy relationships. If you are struggling with a connection, either with your partner, friends, or family, I am so happy you are here. When we do not feel connected it can become harder to go out maintain friendships and meet new people. I want to help you understand where your pain is coming from, offer support, compassion, and tools that will invite healing and lasting change.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
Choosing the right therapist for you can be hard. I feel that the most important factors for choosing a therapist are the area they specialize in and how you feel talking to them. Listen to your body and how it is responding to the person you are speaking with and the environment you are in. I support this part of the decision by offering free 30 minute consultations. That way we can meet in person and I can answer any questions or concerns you might have. We are going to work through some tough stuff together, so feeling safe is vital for growth and change.
