My Approach to Helping

You’re in the Self-help section of Green Apple Bookstore so frequently, others mistake you for an employee. On your Insta feed, you see people living the life you want - but how can you get it? There must be something wrong with you. You’re two people: one who finally feels ready for a relationship, another who puts up a wall a thousand sledgehammers couldn’t break down. Dating feels damn near impossible. What would it be like to feel loved and accepted? Would you allow it if it showed up? (Probably not.) Last night you Googled: “How to not end up alone forever.” That was, undoubtedly, your loneliness moment.

Your deepest wish is a life so full, you don’t even need to share it on social media. Friends can tell you’re happy. Your new partner ‘gets’ you on a soulmate level. You’re done listening to superficial podcasts and friends for impractical advice. You're willing to give therapy a try - with a CBTDBTACT, Stanford-trained therapist who knows her stuff.

As your therapist, I bring my whole personality into the office with you. I use humor, some profanity, and unbridled enthusiasm to embrace the messiness of real-life with you. I’ll partner with you to find true connections in this confusing, chaotic world. Call me today to learn how to incorporate cutting-edge therapy interventions to get the life you want.
