If you are pregnant/postpartum and trying to navigate shifting emotions, relationship changes, and expanding family dynamics, I can help. Bringing a life into the world can make you feel as if you've lost your footing. Therapy can help you feel like you're back on solid ground and protect you from losing yourself in your new life as a parent. Also, If you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and other childhood traumas and are struggling with life as an adult, I can help with that too. My treatments are designed to help you to cope with current issues that stem from past experiences.
I help clients by providing therapy virtually anywhere in the state of Texas that internet is available. This accessibility makes it easier for you to get the help you need when and where it's convenient for you. I have extensive training and working knowledge of the treatment of trauma as well as perinatal mood diagnoses and general mental health.
Beginning therapy can be intimidating. That is why I take a more laid-back approach. Therapy can feel like having a healing conversation with someone you trust, instead of an authority figure throwing clinical jargon and diagnoses at you.
