My Approach to Helping
I help adults, teens and families overcome barriers such as negative self beliefs, overwhelming feelings, and negative past experiences that can get in the way of being true to yourself and more connected to others. Through dialogue I will work with you create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can learn about yourself and try new ways of coping, overcoming challenges, and being.
I will support and challenge you by using well researched theories and techniques that acknowledge individuals' self-determination, intelligence, and strength.
