My Approach to Helping
**New Process Group forming to help you with your relationships - Tuesday nights** Do you ever feel like something about your childhood holds you back? Have you struggled to get what you want in your relationships or career as a result? Maybe you suffered some kind of trauma, abuse, or have a parent with an addiction or a mental illness? It is tough to go back and talk about these things. It requires courage. Plain and simple. But it is worth it. If you can better understand yourself and your past, your life will improve. I believe that there is freedom in understanding ourselves better.
More Info About My Practice
My therapeutic approach is to talk with you about how your past and present life interact. To explore the dynamics within you, and between you and others in your life.
With an attitude of curiosity and respect for how much you already know about yourself, we would talk about how you may keep yourself stuck in the past and from getting what you want. Depending upon your needs, you may benefit from individual therapy, couples work, or group therapy. Sometimes you may benefit from some kind of combination of therapies.
