My Approach to Helping
My therapy practice is solution-focused and centered around discovering the journey that is right for you at this particular time in your life. My goal is to help you evaluate how you arrived at this particular situation and to help you develop skills for moving forward in a direction that is satisfying and fulfilling.
Your comfort and trust are important to me, so I emphasize a non-judgmental approach with supportive reflection and problem-solving feedback through evidenced based practices and interventions. Empathy, ethics and professionalism are the cornerstones of my practice, while at the same time understanding that the therapeutic relationship is more important than the method.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I find a great deal of satisfaction in helping people to learn about themselves and their journey in this world. I love being able to help people see their strengths and to help them learn to adapt to and overcome their limitations. I feel honored to be a part of the journey.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
People who are able to seek help through therapy are strong. It takes courage to admit that you cannot do something on your own. We all need help at times in our lives with problems, worries and struggles. Seeking help shows strength and commitment to building a better life.
