My Approach to Helping
Welcome! Starting the search for a therapist is your first step on your journey to change and I would be honored to take this journey with you! As a therapist, I use empathy and humor to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you feel like you can be your true self.
I have experience working with clients through anxiety and depression symptoms as well as working with clients adjusting to life transitions, managing conflicts in a relationship, and processing past trauma. I also have experience working with teenagers on managing anxiety and stress related to school, family, and peers.
I use a solution focused approach in therapy where we will collaborate together to come up with a plan of action. My goal for all of my clients is for them to be able to experience a better quality of life.
