My Approach to Helping
Reaching out for support is a powerful first step. It is so important to take time for yourself, to do things that soothe and empower you. I am here to listen, to learn about your goals, and to support you to access the tools to achieve them. I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore and grow. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral and DBT approaches to therapy. I also bring to my work my background in theater, supporting folks to engage their creative side when facing challenging situations.
