My Approach to Helping
Jennifer Giuglianotti is a Body-Centered Psychotherapist & Creative Arts Therapist with 15 years of experience helping clients align and heal mind, body, and spirit. She is a Board Certified DanceMovement Therapist and has additional training in addiction-treatment, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, yoga therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with a focus on mindfulness.
As a Body-centered psychotherapist, she utilizes movement as a tool of self-expression, connection, and discovery. She works with adults with issues spanning from mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety) to general life, relationship, identity and career issues. She also works with children in the treatment of autism and trauma. Her sessions merge verbal therapy techniques with art-making, dancemovement therapy, and mindfulness to allow clients the freedom to express fully in their own unique ways. She is passionate about helping people creatively heal from within.
