My Approach to Helping
I am passaaionte about what I do because I believe people have the capacity to change through a safe connection with another. I want to hear your story and together we can work through issues that are causing you pain, confusion or anxiety. I provide a safe and nurturing environment so you can feel safe to work on whatever is getting in the way of a healthy life. Whether it be relationship issues, feeling stuck, repeating old behaviors that no longer work for you. I will help you learn coping skills to use and help change negative thought processes. I have a wealth of experience working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship issues and life transitions. I start with where you are and your feedback will help determine the frequency of our sessions and what treatment modilities are used. In the beginning meeting once a week on a consistent basis will help us identify your needs and alleviate suffering. Later sessions may lessen. I will give you my recommendation based on your individual needs. I am devoted to client progress and successful outcomes.
