My Approach to Helping

**Now accepting new clients on Saturday mornings and afternoons.**
I provide mental health services for teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Having benefited from
therapy myself, I am inspired to help other people who may need professional care.
Therapy can help all kinds of people to enrich their lives, even if they do not have a mental health
diagnosis. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family issues, major life transitions,
a lack of motivation, low self-esteem, or issues from your past, therapy can help you resolve your
concerns and improve your quality of life. My personal life experiences and overcoming obstacles through my own therapy has inspired me to pay it forward.

More Info About My Practice

I have years of experience treating trauma-related issues, anxiety issues, Bipolar Disorder, mood issues, uncontrolled anger, grief, and low self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is integrative, solution-focused, direct, and tailored to your unique needs. I'd love to join you In working toward your preferred future.
I sincerely believe you have the inner strength and resilience to overcome the stressors you face each day. I offer Saturday sessions on a sliding scale, at a starting cost of $55 per session. However, I do not accept insurance at this time.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

My favorite part of being a therapist is joining my clients, not only as a coach or a motivator, but as a part of their team on their path to wellness. The most rewarding part of the therapeutic process is when the client moves towards self-actualization or realizing their full potential and is able to feel relief through confidence. Although it is bittersweet to finish the counseling process with each individual client, it is a great feeling when a person is ready to stand on their own.
