I address the mind, body, and spirit in my practice, by empowering individuals to trust in their own experience and tune in deeply to presence and healing. I blend mindfulness-based techniques rooted in psychodynamic, somatic (body-oriented), and East-West psychology. I specialize in treating individuals with stress or burn-out, anxiety, and depression.
In our work together, I will help you to see your personal challenges with greater clarity and compassion, by bringing in opportunities for mindfulness and emotional healing that inform the healthy aspects of your being. My ultimate goal is to help you reestablish a sense of inner safety, trust within yourself, and your ability to love deeply.
