My Approach to Helping
I specialize in helping individuals with chronic illnesses and/or health concerns improve their symptoms and overall quality of life. Whether you are struggling with sleep issues, concerns related to food/eating, chronic pain, stress, GI problems, or are adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, I can provide treatments that are proven to be effective in these areas in a supportive and caring environment. Many of these treatments are based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches which are supported by years of clinical research. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach to treatment and will make sure that we create a plan together that will help you to achieve your goals.

Finding the right fit with your therapist is important. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to allow you to hear more about the treatments that I offer. I currently have appointments available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
I usually recommend meeting once a week to allow you to make progress towards your treatment goals. Many of the treatments I offer can be completed in 8-10 sessions.
